Marketing/Content System Architect
At lloyd, I built the systems that kept the business operating as headcount dropped. I created a marketing and content workflow that centralized planning and production, a customer service system that automated intake and handling for complaints and event requests (banquets and catering), and operational support for the truck team including scheduling and the admin flow for quotes, invoices, and contracts. I used structured databases, formulas, automations, and webhooks so work could move reliably without constant manual coordination, letting a small team operate like a much larger one.
On the operations side, I supported the truck team by creating a reliable admin flow for scheduling and day-to-day execution, plus the back-office pipeline for quotes, invoices, and contracts so requests did not stall when key people were unavailable. Under the hood, I used structured databases, formulas, automations, and webhooks to reduce manual handoffs, prevent dropped balls, and keep work moving with fewer meetings and less “who owns this?” follow-up. The result was a small team that could operate with the consistency and throughput of a much larger one.

Social Growth
When I took over social for Lloyd, I treated it like an operating system, not a posting schedule. I increased consistency and responsiveness, built a repeatable content cadence across feed and stories, and used performance data to decide what to double down on and what to fix. The result was measurable year-over-year growth: reach increased to 73,202 (+49.5%), content interactions rose to 17,131 (+100%), profile visits climbed to 26,280 (+7%), and link clicks more than doubled to 117 (+125%). We also added +1,966 net new followers, bringing the account to 19,298 followers.
On the execution side, I tracked monthly performance signals across posts and stories (reach, views, shares, comments, saves, profile visits, replies, and sticker taps), then adjusted content and calls-to-action accordingly. I leaned into what the numbers were telling us, like shareable posts tied to timely moments, more short-form video for discovery, and more interactive story tactics to drive deeper engagement and conversions.

Content Creator
I produced photo and video assets designed to actually be used. That meant building a pipeline from concept to final deliverable, with clear naming, storage, and reuse across channels. I created product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content that supported brand storytelling and made it easier for marketing and sales to publish quickly. The emphasis was consistency and speed without sacrificing quality: repeatable production setups, a reliable post workflow, and a library of assets that reduced the need to “start from scratch” every time.

Freelance Content Creation
Through Room 9, I partnered with local behavioral health organizations to create content that balanced trust, clarity, and real-world constraints. I built lightweight systems for planning and approvals so teams could move fast without creating risk or confusion. The work included brand-aligned storytelling, campaign assets, and content operations support, with an emphasis on making the process sustainable for small teams. The goal was always the same: communicate clearly, reduce friction, and create an engine the organization can maintain.

Podcast Producer & Host
Room 9 is where I build long-form ideas and ship them as a repeatable media system. I produce podcast episodes and written essays that connect narrative, research, and cultural critique, then translate that work into formats that can scale. The focus is consistency and leverage: a clear pipeline from thesis to outline to episode or essay, and a distribution loop that turns one strong idea into multiple outputs over time. This is not just “making content.” It is building a machine that makes the work easier to publish, easier to revisit, and easier for an audience to follow.
