I worked at lloyd Products Inc. as a content marketer, and systems builder. I started out as a Content Creator and grew into a broader Marketing Manager. My work covered content creation, campaign planning, customer communication, event/truck request workflows, marketing systems, SOPs, and cross-platform engagement infrastructure

At lloyd Products / lloyd Taco Factory, I helped build and manage the marketing engine behind the brand. I started in a Content Creator role and expanded into work that blended creative production, marketing strategy, customer experience, and operational systems.

My work included developing content and campaign ideas, supporting social and brand storytelling, organizing marketing timelines, and building repeatable systems for projects like seasonal campaigns, truck/catering materials, community events, customer communications, and internal workflows. I also created and organized SOPs, response templates, refund/customer-service policies, banquet and truck request workflows, and documentation intended to make the marketing and customer experience operation easier to run, transfer, and scale.

The strongest positioning is this: I was not just “making content.” I was building the connective tissue between brand, operations, customer experience, and marketing execution — turning messy, recurring work into documented systems, campaign calendars, templates, dashboards, and workflows that helped the team move faster and communicate more consistently.⁠
