At Lloyd Products Inc., I engineered a comprehensive content and marketing operations system in Notion, transforming a previously siloed and reactive department into a streamlined, data-driven engine for growth. The architecture centers around custom-built Notion databases for content planning, editorial calendars, campaign management, and customer feedback, all unified within a project management dashboard. This setup enables the team to visualize, schedule, and coordinate multi-platform content up to four weeks in advance, with clear ownership and deadlines for every deliverable. To eliminate bottlenecks and manual tasks, I integrated advanced automations using Make (formerly Integromat) and Pipedream. These automations handle tasks such as syncing social media calendars, triggering email marketing campaigns, collecting and aggregating customer reviews, and updating analytics dashboards in real time. For example, when a new campaign is scheduled in Notion, Make automatically creates tasks for each team member, schedules posts, and sends reminders, while Pipedream pulls engagement data from platforms like Instagram and Facebook directly into Notion, populating custom KPI dashboards. The result is a living, always-up-to-date system that provides full visibility across all marketing channels, supports continuous improvement through analytics-driven feedback loops, and dramatically reduces administrative overhead. This overhaul increased Lloyd’s content output, improved campaign consistency, and enabled the team to pivot quickly based on real-time performance insights
